Miami’s solely two-Michelin-starred restaurant provides a six-course Christmas Eve tasting menu from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The menu contains foie gras royale with parmesan foam, Norwegian King crab with Kaluga caviar, chestnut ravioli, Icelandic halibut, juniper-scented venison, and Japanese Wagyu. Dessert is “The Decoration,” a Christmas tree ornament-shaped creation.
Value: $305 per individual, with an elective wine pairing for a further $300.
