ViceVersa, an Italian aperitivo bar by award-winning bartender Valentino Longo and the crew behind the now-closed Jaguar Solar, brings a Miami twist to Italian cocktails. The attractive 60-seat house options an emerald inexperienced tiled bar, slate inexperienced partitions, and trendy artwork by Italian futurist Jean Vaquier. The cocktail menu, crafted by Longo, gives 14 drinks throughout three classes: The Negroni Household, Martinis, and Signature Cocktails, with highlights just like the MI-TO mix, Italian-VICE, and Brucio in Bocca. Complementing the drinks, the meals menu by the Jaguar Solar’s cooks features a uncooked bar, appetizers, and may’t-miss Neapolitan pizzas.
