The highlights
The afternoon started with a collection of starters. The Native crispy candy potato and plantain chips had been the proper begin, complemented by a zesty rocoto salsa. The Nasu salad was a brilliant distinction, with miso-basil dressing intensifying the blended greens, cucumber, and crispy nori. In the meantime, the Prawn tempura obsessed with its gentle, golden batter, elevated by spicy mayo and sesame seeds. The Anticucho skewers – King Oyster mushroom and rooster – supplied a smoky, charred richness, with the rooster skewers being so irresistible {that a} second serving was inevitable.
Because the vibe escalated, with the stay drummer constructing momentum alongside D. Taya’s dynamic Latin beats, we stepped onto the out of doors terrace for a concoction-making class. The mixologist guided us by the method, which enhanced the brunch’s immersive power.

Returning to our desk, the principle course sharing platters arrived, showcasing Peruvian-Japanese fusion at its most interesting. The Patagonian toothfish, glazed in honey hoisin and miso, melted effortlessly, pairing fantastically with silky mashed potatoes. The Lomo saltado, that includes tender Wagyu Tenderloin, child potatoes, and a wealthy soy
sauce-infused medley of pink onions and tomatoes, was consolation meals refined to perfection.
For a plant-based shock, the Faux scallops, created from celeriac and served with butternut squash purée, aji panca, and broccolini, delivered a singular layer of complexity.

The dessert platter was a candy finale, that includes a traditional Tres leches with vanilla cake soaked in luscious milk, assorted mochis providing a crisp, cool end, and Alfajores stuffed with lucuma dulce de leche. Because the solar dipped decrease and the music carried on into the Let’s Get Pisco’d after-party, the terrace grew to become the proper spot to soak within the metropolis skyline.
