The menu focuses on trendy Japanese delicacies, that includes dishes like caviar-topped crispy rice, an omakase tasting menu, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, and a premium beef choice often called “Butcher Reserve.” Cocktails are plentiful, together with Hitchcock’s Suspicion, made with Japanese whisky, and Heavenly Sovereign, with tequila, Lillet Blanc, bergamot liqueur, and chili ardour fruit.
